Visiting East Africa for a Uganda & Rwanda Safari Tour, has never been easier. The Uganda & Rwanda government just recently dropped their visa fees; making the destination a reality for most prospective tourists.
Reduced Visa Fees
Uganda’s government has reduced their visa fee in order to rev up their national economy. Their new platform allows for potential tourists to apply for the e-visas by filling out an online form; this new policy came into effect July 22, 2016. Technologys effect on travelling has made getting around much easier, so now getting approved by the Ugandan embassy at the border is efficient.
Tourism Steadily Increasing
Uganda & Rwanda Safaris Tours have been helping entice tourists to spend some downtime along the Nile. Aside from the slight dip in tourism from 2009, as a result of the great recession, Uganda has been steadily increasing in travelers and visitors. In fact, Uganda’s travel and tourism revenue makes up the majority of their GDP. When the numbers have been crunched tourism adds more than a billion dollars in revenue to the GDP per fiscal year.
Tons of Activities
Uganda has many tourist attractions that make it a great place to vacation. On East Africa Safaris, you can find local chimpanzees and beautiful silverback gorillas. Consider taking a boat trip along the River Nile to catch a glance of some enormous crocodiles; they can be up to 20 feet long and are the second biggest crocodiles on our planet. If you’re looking for adventure you could try white water rafting in Jinja; it’ll have your heart racing and your adrenaline going.
